Serrenti is a comune (municipality) in the Province of South Sardinia in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 35 kilometres (22 mi) northwest of Cagliari and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) southeast of Sanluri. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,125 and an area of 42.8 square kilometres (16.5 sq mi).[2]
