Serhiy Datsenko (Ukrainian: Сергій Анатолійович Даценко; born 10 December 1977) is a Ukrainian manager and former professional footballer.[1][2][3]

Player career

Datsenko started his career at Yunist Chernihiv before moving to Desna Chernihiv youth system.[4] In 1994 he moved to the senior team of Desna Chernihiv where he played for two years before moving to Dynamo Kyiv in Ukrainian Premier League.[5] Here he didn't have much opportunities to play due to the competion and also an injury and he was loaned to Dynamo-2 Kyiv and Dynamo-3 Kyiv.[6] He also played for Metalurh Donetsk, Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih. In 2020 he moved to Rostov and to Terek Grozny. He also played for Metalurh Donetsk, Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih. In 2000, he moved Russia on the side of Rostov where he played for four years before moving to Terek Grozny.

International career

In 1998, Serhiy was called up by the Ukraine under-21 team.

Coach career

In 2022, he was appointed as coach of Kudrivka where he managed to bring the club to win the Chernihiv Oblast Football Cup.[7] In the mean time the club was admitted in Ukrainian Second League for the first time. In november 2025, despite the results of the club were quite good, he was sacked by the managment's club.[8][9][10][11]
