Sarchehan District (Persian: بخش سرچهان) is a former administrative division of Bavanat County, Fars province, Iran.[3] Its capital was the city of Korehi.[4]

History

After the 2016 National Census, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Sarchehan County.[5]

At the time of the 2006 census, the district's population was 18,933 in 4,569 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 22,492 people in 6,074 households.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 23,129 inhabitants in 7,177 households.[2]
