Roy R. Barrera Sr. (born January 30, 1927),[1] also known as Roy Barrera, is an American politician. He served as secretary of state of Texas from 1968 to 1969.[2]

Barrera was born in San Antonio, Texas. He attended St. Mary's University of San Antonio.[3]

Barrera served as secretary of state of Texas from 1968 to 1969.[2]
