Roy K. Ilowit (April 3, 1917 – January 3, 1990) was an American football player and coach. He played professionally as a tackle in the National Football League (NFL) for one season, in 1937, with the Brooklyn Dodgers[1] Ilowit served as the head football coach at C. W. Post—now known as LIU Post—from 1957 to 1963, compiling a record of 31–31.
