Reynold Nelson Hoover (born May 2, 1961)[3] is a lieutenant general in the United States Army, who serves as the deputy commander of the United States Northern Command.[4]

Education
editHoover is a 1983 graduate of the United States Military Academy.[4][5][6][7] He later earned a Master of Arts in Public-Private Management from Birmingham–Southern College, a Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law and a Master of Strategic Studies degree from the United States Army War College.[4][7]
