Rajawali Place is a prestigious 31-storey commercial office building in Setiabudi, Jakarta, Indonesia with six basement carpark spaces which form part of a mixed used superblock development comprising the luxurious ST Regis Hotel Jakarta and St Regis Residences.

Background
editThe site was formerly occupied by the Four Seasons Jakarta, which relocated to Capital Place Jakarta.[2]
The office tower contains 57,721 square meters of floor space with a typical floor plate of 1,999 square meters. It includes a 150mm raised floor system and allows for a customizable floor arrangement with a floor-to-ceiling height of six meters. It contains 922 parking lots for the office tenant, hotel, and residential.
The architectural design was led by Gensler UK, with Meinhardt Group and landscaping designed by renowned designer Bill Bensley. Rajawali Place has received the BCA Greenmark Platinum for its environmentally and sustainably designed construction and operation.
