Qoltuq (Persian: قلتوق)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Qoltuq Rural District[b] of the Central District of Zanjan County, Zanjan province, Iran.[5]

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,287 in 323 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 1,197 people in 374 households.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 986 people in 333 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
