Paulina Nikolova née Kratseva (born 3 June) is a retired Bulgarian rhythmic gymnast and coach. She was a double gold medalist at the World Championships.

Biography
editPaulina was a member of the Bulgarian national senior group that won All-Around gold at the 1983 World Championships in Strasbourg.[1] Two years later the group retained the medal at the 1985 World Championships in Valladolid.[2][3]
After her retirement from the sport she had three children with former football player, who represented Bulgaria at the 1986 World Cup, Iliya Dyakov: Paola, Denis and Stiliana who is a successful rhythmic gymnast.[4][5] In 1993 Polina moved, with her family, to Cairo after she received a contract as a rhythmic gymnastics coach at the New Giza club, where she still works along her daughter Paola.[6][7]
