Nikhai Seiyere Hill-Green (born December 30, 2000) is an American football linebacker for the Colorado Buffaloes. He previously played for the Charlotte 49ers and for the Michigan Wolverines.

Early life and high school

Hill-Green attended high school at Saint Francis Academy located in Baltimore, Maryland.[1] Coming out of high school, Hill-Green was rated as a three-star recruit, where he committed to play college football for the Michigan Wolverines.[2][3]

College career

In Hill-Green's first two collegiate seasons in 2020 and 2021, he played in 17 games, where he totaled 51 tackles with two being for a loss, and a pass deflection.[4][5][6] Heading into the 2022 season, Hill-Green would suffer multiple injuries which caused him to miss the entirety of the 2022 season.[7][8] After the conclusion of the 2022 season, Hill-Green decided to enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal.[9][10]

Charlotte

Hill-Green decided to transfer to play for the Charlotte 49ers.[11][12] In Hill-Green's one and only season with Charlotte in 2023, he notched 73 tackles, where for his performance he was named to the third team all American Athletic Conference.[13][14] After the conclusion of the 2023 season, Hill-Green once again decided to enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal.[15][16]

Colorado

Hill-Green decided to transfer to play for the Colorado Buffaloes.[17][18]
