Neil Robert Garratt is a British politician, serving as leader of the Conservative Party in the London Assembly since 2023, and the Member of the London Assembly (AM) for Croydon and Sutton since 2021.

Political career
editHe is a member of Sutton London Borough Council, serving the Belmont ward.[1] He was re-elected for Belmont in the 2022 local elections.
At the 2021 London Assembly election, Garratt was elected to represent the Croydon and Sutton constituency.[2]
In May 2023, Garratt was elected as Leader of the London Assembly Conservative Group, succeeding Susan Hall.[3]
He retained his Assembly seat at the 2024 election, though with a reduced vote share.
