The National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 (c. 42) is an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It consolidates legislation relating to the National Health Service.

editSection 1 - Welsh Ministers' duty to promote health service
editSections 1(1) and (2) replace the corresponding provisions in section 1(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977. Section 1(3) replaces section 1(2) of that Act.[4]
