Medhane Alem Cathedral (Amharic: መድኃኔዓለም ካቴድራል), whose name means "Saviour of the World", is an Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo cathedral in Bole Medhanealem, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It is the second largest cathedral in the whole of Africa and the largest in Ethiopia.[1]
