Overview

edit

The McLaren W1 is based on the McLaren Carbon Lightweight Architecture (MCLA) carbon fiber architecture. This would be the 6th instalment in the McLaren Ultimate Series. The W1 is the most powerful road going McLaren to ever be built. The car’s predecessor, the McLaren P1, was mainly based on McLaren’s Formula 1 cars. The car was unveiled in the McLaren technology center, in Woking, Britain. The car is perceived to be a part of the next Holy Trinity of Cars by the internet. It is thought that the Mclaren played a role in the research and development of the W1.
