Lucía Yamileth Yépez Guzman (born 18 February 2001) is an Ecuadorian freestyle wrestler. She participated in the 2024 Summer Olympics and won a silver medal in the women's 53 kg event. She also won one of the bronze medals at the World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia, in the same category. She won the gold medal in her event at the 2023 Pan American Games held in Santiago, Chile.

She won the gold medal in the 53 kg event at the 2021 U23 World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia.[1][2]

Yépez competed for Ecuador at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.[3][4][5][6][7] A few months later, she won the gold medal in the women's 50 kg event at the 2021 Junior Pan American Games held in Cali, Colombia.[8]

Yépez won the gold medal in her event at the 2022 Bolivarian Games held in Valledupar, Colombia.[9][10] She competed in the 53 kg event at the 2022 World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia.[11] She won the gold medal in her event at the 2022 South American Games held in Asunción, Paraguay.[12][13]

Yépez won the gold medal in her event at the 2023 Ibrahim Moustafa Tournament held in Alexandria, Egypt.[14] A few months later, she also won the gold medal in her event at the 2023 Pan American Wrestling Championships held in Buenos Aires, Argentina.[15][16]

In September 2023, Yépez won one of the bronze medals in the women's 53 kg event at the World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia.[17] In November 2023, she won the gold medal in the women's 53 kg event at the 2023 Pan American Games held in Santiago, Chile.[18] She defeated Laura Herin of Cuba in her gold medal match.[18]

In February 2024, Yépez won the gold medal in her event at the Pan American Wrestling Championships held in Acapulco, Mexico.[19] She defeated Betzabeth Argüello of Venezuela in her gold medal match.[19] In August 2024, Yépez won the silver medal in the women's 53 kg event at the Summer Olympics in Paris, France.[20]
