John B. Winter (January 22, 1930 – November 14, 2021) was an American politician. He served as a member for the 50A district of the Minnesota House of Representatives.[1]

Life and career
editWinter was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He attended Humboldt High School and Macalester College.[1]
Winter served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1967 to 1970. He was a member of the Conservative caucus.[1]
