Isadore Bernstein (November 26, 1876 – October 19, 1944) was an American screenwriter.

Biography

Isadore Bernstein was born in New York City on November 26, 1876. He wrote screenplays for over 60 films between 1914 and 1938. He also worked as the West Coast studio manager for film producer and Universal Pictures co-founder Carl Laemmle, who was his brother-in-law.[1] He died of a heart attack in the Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles on October 19, 1944, at the age of 67.
