Henry Carlson Jr. (May 24, 1925[2] – July 14, 2022) was an American politician. He served as a Republican member of the South Dakota Senate.[3]

Life and career
editCarlson was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He attended the University of Colorado and served in the United States Air Force.[4]
Carlson served in the South Dakota Senate from 1977 to 1978 and again from 1983 to 1984.[3]
Carlson died on July 14, 2022, at the age of 97.[5]
