Merge or readjust sections

The two sections § Integrate into the encyclopedia and § Make it easier for readers to find are overlapping subtopics. Probably the latter should be a subsection under the former. But integrating it, in my view, should also be expanded, because it involves two parts: adding in-links (already covered in those two sections) but also adding out-links (i.e., links) in the article. That would be an appropriate topic to cover. Another type of integration is cross-wiki integration; this is covered briefly in § Link it to the same topic on other Wikipedias, which is currently under § Make it easier for readers to find, but should probably be moved up to the same level, and also include mention of the use of interwiki links and interlanguage links.
