Heather Maahs is a Canadian politician from the Conservative Party of British Columbia.

In 1993, Maahs and her husband moved from North Vancouver to Chilliwack. Prior to her election, she served as a school trustee in the Chilliwack School District.[1]
In the 2024 British Columbia general election, she was elected to the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in Chilliwack North.[2] She unseated NDP member and cabinet minister Dan Coulter.
