Happys Inn is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lincoln County, Montana, United States. The population was 164 at the 2010 census.[3]

Happys Inn has a bar that carries its namesake. The census area extends for 12 miles (19 km) down the length of the chain of lakes area of Lincoln County. The community is along U.S. Route 2, 40 miles (64 km) southeast of Libby, the Lincoln county seat, and 49 miles (79 km) west of Kalispell.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 12.4 square miles (32.2 km2), of which 9.8 square miles (25.4 km2) are land and 2.6 square miles (6.8 km2), or 21.22%, are water.[4]
