Emily Ann Banks[1][2] (died September 17, 2023) was an American actress and model. She is known for the films, Gunfight in Abilene and Live a Little, Love a Little,[3] and as Yeoman Tonia Barrows in the Star Trek: The Original Series episode, Shore Leave.[4] She also appeared on the television series, The Tim Conway Show.[5]

Early life
editBanks was born in Boston, Massachusetts.[1] She attended Cambridge High and Latin School,[2] and received her bachelor's degree from Simmons College in 1959.[1]
Career
editBanks got her start in 1960 when she was elected Miss Rheingold, appearing in advertisements and promotions for Rheingold Beer. In 1963 she appeared as a model for the game show Say When!!.[1]
Death
editBanks died on September 17, 2023. Her death was announced in SAG-AFTRA magazine May 2024.[6]
