Valintino Adedokun (born 14 February 2003) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a defender for Premier League side Brentford. He is an Irish youth international.[1]
Career
editAdedokun was at Malehide United prior to joining League of Ireland side Dundalk in 2017.[2] He made his first-team debut for Dundalk against Shamrock Rovers in September 2020. He made eight further appearances in all competitions for Dundalk prior to signing a three-year contract with Brentford in August 2021.[3] He featured on the Brentford Premier League substitute bench on 4 November 2023, against West Ham United.[4] He signed a new two and-a-half year contract with Brentford in February 2024.[5]
International career
editHe is a Republic of Ireland youth international.[6]
