"Sweet Delusion" is a song by Filipino-American internet personality Bella Poarch. She wrote the song with Christina Galligan, Lucas Sim, and Skyler Stonestreet. It was released through Warner Records on October 18, 2024, as one of the singles in her upcoming debut album under the placeholder title BP1.

Background and composition

Around April 2024, Poarch announced a new song in development under the title of Sweet Delusion. Following the announcement, she began to release snippets of the song in the following months in her social media accounts.
