Shannon Martinez (born 1981 or 1982) is an Australian cook known for her vegan restaurants and cookbooks.
Early life

editIn April 2021, Martinez collaborated with hotel chain Ovolo Hotels to open a vegetarian restaurant named Lona Misa in South Yarra, Melbourne.[2] In November 2022, Lona Misa earned a hat at the 2022 Australian Good Food Guide Restaurant Awards.[3]
