Shannon Martinez (born 1981 or 1982) is an Australian cook known for her vegan restaurants and cookbooks.

In April 2021, Martinez collaborated with hotel chain Ovolo Hotels to open a vegetarian restaurant named Lona Misa in South Yarra, Melbourne.[2] In November 2022, Lona Misa earned a hat at the 2022 Australian Good Food Guide Restaurant Awards.[3]
