Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble is an upcoming British independent horror film directed by Rhys Frake-Waterfield, written by Matt Leslie, and produced by Frake-Waterfield and Scott Chambers. The film stars Chambers, Megan Plactio, Roxanne McKee, and Lewis Santer. It is the sixth installment in The Twisted Childhood Universe (TCU) and serves as a crossover between the previous five films.
Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble is scheduled to be released in 2025.
Premise
editMurderous versions of characters from children's fairytales team-up to hunt down the individual survivors of their massacres and seek to destroy the world in the process.[1]

editIn March 2024, the culmination of The Twisted Childhood Universe (TCU) in the form of a cross-over film was announced with the official title of Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble, with the team including returning characters Winnie-the-Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, Owl, Bambi, Peter Pan, Tinker Bell, and Pinocchio; while also introducing Rabbit, Sleeping Beauty, and the Mad Hatter. Returning cast include Scott Chambers as Christopher Robin, Megan Plactio as Wendy Darling, Roxanne McKee as Xana, and Lewis Santer as Tigger.[2] Rhys Frake-Waterfield will serve as director, in addition to producing alongside Chambers.[3]
Filming
editPrincipal photography is expected to begin in early 2025.[4]
Release
editPoohniverse: Monsters Assemble is slated to be released in 2025.[2]
