PerformLine is a Morristown, New Jersey-based.[1] regulatory technology (regtech) company specializing in automated marketing compliance solutions for enterprises in regulated industries.[citation needed] The company provides a cloud-based platform designed to streamline compliance functions by delivering intelligence, insights, and tools to mitigate risk across customer interaction channels, including web, call centers, messaging, email, pre-production documents, and social media.[2]

History

In 2007, PerformLine was founded by Alex Baydin, who currently serves as the company's CEO.[3] On June 10, 2015, PerformLine launched and hosted its first COMPLY Conference.[citation needed] On May 27, 2021, PerformLine announced that it had received a strategic investment from M33 Growth, a Boston-based venture and growth stage investment firm.[citation needed] On July 13, 2022, PerformLine announced it had completed its acquisition of email discovery company LashBack.[citation needed]
