Medhat El Adl is an Egyptian writer, scriptwriter, and poet whose career spans over three decades. Born in Mansoura in 1955, graduating from the Faculty of Medicine in 1981. later he decided to work in entertainment industry and started by writing the lyrics for songs in the film "Ice Cream in Gleem," starring the famous Egyptian singer Amr Diab and directed by Khairy Beshara.[1]

Throughout his career, El Adl has been involved in numerous successful projects. Some of his most notable works include "America Shika Bika" (1993), "Strawberry War" (1994), "Upper Egyptian in the American University" (1998), "Mafia" (2002), and The Dealer (2010)[2]
