Enamul Hossain (born June 6, 1969) is a Bangladeshi academic, scientist, and researcher who has made significant contributions to the fields of mineral resources, environmental issues, and sustainable development. He is a former professor in the Department of Petroleum Engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Early Life and Education
editM. Enamul Hossain earned his BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 1995. He then pursued a Master's in Petroleum and Mineral Resources Engineering through a collaboration between BUET and the University of Alberta, completing the degree in 2001. He received a PhD in Sustainable Petroleum Engineering and an MBA from Dalhousie University, Canada, in 2008 and 2009, respectively.

- Statoil Chair Professor at Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN), Canada
- Faculty positions at Ryerson University (Visiting scholar), King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Dalhousie University, Sultan Qaboos University, American University in Cairo, Nazarbayev University, and Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET).
He has also worked as an adjunct professor in many universities globally and held roles in various industries, including leadership positions at Saudi Aramco, ONGE, Qatar Petroleum, Petronas, and ADNOC.

editM. Enamul Hossain has made significant contributions to sustainable energy and petroleum engineering, particularly through his introduction of the "memory concept" for petroleum applications.
