Draft:List of first-level administrative divisions of the USMCA

The United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA) is a free trade agreement among the United States, Mexico, and Canada. All three countries have systems of first-level administrative divisions which enjoy varying devolved powers described in their respective constitutions. In the US and Mexico, these divisions are called states, while in Canada, they are called provinces. Canada and the US also maintain various territories, which hold different legal statuses from states and provinces. Each country maintains independent statistics for its population.
