Khilli Ram Meena (born 4 December 1967) is an Indian Administrative Service officer. He took up the post of Chief Secretary of Mizoram at the end of November 2024.[1][2][3]

Biography
editMeena was born on December 4, 1967, in Rajasthan. After earning a master’s degree in history, Meena cracked the UPSC exam at the age of 25. He subsequently joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1993 and since then he has held various key positions across sectors such as energy, education, water resources, rural development, minority affairs, and labor administration.[4][5][6]
