Joseph Dillard Quillian (c. 1893 – October 24, 1968)[1] was a justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia from 1960 to 1966.
"A native of Dalton, he was a graduate of South Georgia College and Emory College and admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1915".[2]
