Government of the National Front of Madiun (Indonesian: Pemerintah Nasional Daerah Madiun) was a revolutionary government established in Madiun by the People's Democratic Front group on September 18, 1948 after the capture of the city of Madiun. Soepardi was appointed by FDR officials, namely Wikana, and Setyadjit Soegondo, as the head of the revolutionary government in the National Front Committee. This government ended when the military unit Siliwangi Division on October 1, 1948 recaptured the Madiun region.[1]
