Dr David Hope Denton AM RFD KC born July 26, 1957 in Sydney New South Wales is an Australian barrister and international arbitrator practising as a King's Counsel KC at the Victorian Bar since 1982 and took silk in 2001.[1]
The Governor-General of Australia appointed him a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in the Australia Day 2023 Honours List[2] for significant service to the law. Earlier in 1989 the Governor-General awarded him a Reserve Force Decoration (RFD) for efficient military service as an officer.
