Cooper R. Bush also known as Артем Царь Буйнов is the son of Nikolai Buinov, prominent Russian entrepreneur and co-founder of the Irkutsk Oil Company.[1]. Cooper (Артем) was born in the Siberian city of Irkutsk, where he would spend the early portion of his childhood. Outside of this, very little is known about Cooper's upbringing, except that upon turning 11 he was sent to live with relatives in the United States of America. While in American he began to share his deeply passionate pro-Russian sentiments with those around him. According to servants in the family's home (Russian nationals) even they were ″taken aback″ by the intensity of his opinions. Cooper's father has seldom spoken of his existence in public leaving most to wonder who exactly he is. When war broke out in February of 2022, Cooper was called back home to meet with undisclosed officials in the Kremlin, after which according to flight data, he returned to America, where he has continued to operate under the radar[2]. Based on his connection with the Russia state, Cooper is believed to be a leading member of what Russian officials refer to as the ″New Generation″[3]
