Christopher Martinez, known online as Cheez is an American professional Tetris player. He is most commonly known for inventing the rolling playstyle.
History
editIn 2020, Christopher Martinez developed a new style of playing that had never been used before. This style of play is achieved by resting the fingers over the d-pad just low enough that a slight nudge would press the button, but not hard enough that the button is pressed. After this has been achieved, the player puts the four primary fingers (other than the thumb) and flicks them up in rapid succession on the backside of the controller. Cheez, and the community, named this style rolling.[1]
