Crossodactylus werneri

Crossodactylus werneri is a species of frog in the family Hylodidae. It is endemic to Brazil. It has been observed in parts of Serra da Mantiqueira stretching through Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo.[1][2]
