History
editThe building was designed by architectz Adam Tyliszczak and Roman Abramczuk, and was constructed between 1997 and November 2000. It was developed by Echo Investment.[1][2]
Characteristics
editThe skyscraper is located at 58 Ogrodowa Street in Warsaw, Poland, within the district of Wola. It consists of two parts, one with 14 storeys, and one with 7 storyes, and 2 underground levels dedicated to a car park with 230 spaces. The building has the total area of 26,205 m2, of which 19,000 m2 are dedicated to office spaces, and 1,350 to stores and services.[1][2]
