Choi Hye-seon (Korean최혜선; born 1998) is a South Korean model. She gained attention through her appearance in the series Single's Inferno Season 3 (2023–2024),[2] and took a break from social media following the attention she received as the show aired.[3]

She later returned to social media, including appearances at events such as a Jujutsu Kaisen and Casetify collaboration in early 2024 where she surprised fans with her British accent.[4]

Early life and education

Choi was a bioinformatics major at the Life Sciences department of Ewha Womans University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science, and previously held internships at Seoul National University as well as a Silicon Valley startup.[1][5]

She is currently attending Durham University pursuing a master's degree in data science, bioinformatics, and biological modeling.[6]

Career

Choi has modeled for Andar and Round Lab,[6][7] Joy Gryson,[8][9] as well as Swarovski, Sulwhasoo and Maybelline.[10] In June 2024, Dentiste selected her as the star of their new brand campaign, launching with two videos on Dentiste's YouTube channel.[11][12] Later in 2024, she modeled for lululemon[13][14] before being selected as ambassador for F&F's Sergio Tacchini brand for the rest of the year.[15][16]

Philanthropy

Choi participated in a children's charity campaign for World Vision International,[6] later lending her support again for the Stop Ring Challenge to raise funds for a villiage in Zambia.[17][18] In May 2024, she contributed to a Green Allure initiative that planted 4,000 jasmine trees in the Ichon area of Hangang Park.[19]
