Far as I understand the process goes indicted > charged > convicted/acquitted. Why does this lack a 'charged' subcategory. Is indicting/charging the same thing when it comes to international war crimes? ScratchMarshall (talk) 20:28, 20 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
