This category is a list of localities in the state of Colorado, United States of America, where casino gambling is allowed according to law.
There are two ways, under existing Colorado law as of 2015, that casino gambling can be permitted within the state:
- Native American tribes, operating under tribal sovereignty, may operate casinos, as in the unincorporated community of Towaoc.
- State law may authorize casino gambling in specific cities or towns. As of 2015, three such localities -- Blackhawk, Central City, and Cripple Creek -- had been so authorized; all three towns had gambling legalized in 1991. Many other localities have been proposed as casino gambling sites since 1991, but all such proposals, as of 2015, have failed.
