He was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the fourth round of the 2006 NFL draft.[3]
On August 31, 2008, he was claimed by the Denver Broncos.[4]
He was also a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Detroit Lions, and Omaha Nighthawks.

Coaching career
editIn January 2015, he was hired to be an assistant coach at Tulsa.[5][6][7]
In January 2023, Lowry joined the staff at his alma mater, Penn State as an offensive analyst.[8]
