Brian Gregan (born 31 December 1989) is an Irish sprinter, born in Dublin.

Gregan attended St Mark's Community School in Tallaght.[1] In his earlier career Gregan represented Tallaght Athletic Club before going on to represent Clonliffe Harriers.[2]
