Bradford Cohen is an American criminal defense lawyer, civil litigator and legal analyst.

Cohen's clients have included Drake, Travis Scott, Vanilla Ice, Deandre Baker, Polo G, DMX, Dennis Rodman, YNW Melly, Corey Lewandowski, NLE Choppa, Scott Storch, Kodak Black, Lil Wayne, Pooh Shiesty, Benjamin Kickz, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Lil Meech, Rod Wave, President Trump (representing him on the litigation surrounding PGA's decision to pull the Open Championship from his property in Bedminster NJ.) and Plaxico Burress.[2][3][4][5][6] He successfully obtained federal pardons for Lil Wayne and Kodak Black from Donald Trump in 2021.[7] Most recently he has been hired to represent Nima Momeni who has been accused of 1st degree murder for the killing of Bob Lee, a tech entrepreneur in San Francisco California. [8]

Cohen is a long-time supporter and attorney of President Trump, and Trump has referred to Cohen as "a brilliant guy."[5][9] He was a contestant on the second season of The Apprentice. He was owner of 1.4% of the multibillion-dollar valuation company, Trump Media and Technology Group (trading as DJT). It is unclear if he still owns his stake or if he sold his shares in the company. At the time the company went public his shares were valued at over 100 million dollars.[10]

Cohen is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1997.[2] He is the past President of the Broward County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
