History
editThe club was formed as a youth football club in 2020, coming from the village of Bushat founded by local businessman and former footballer Ermir Shimaj.[1] The name of the club comes from the Illyrian city of Bassania, which was located near the village of Bushat.[2] For the 2022–23 season, they established a senior team, featuring in the Kategoria e Tretë. In their second season, they were first place of their respective Group A, gaining promotion.[3]
