Ashwath Marimuthu is an Indian film director and screenwriter who works in the Tamil film industry. He is known for his debut feature film Oh My Kadavule (2020).

Career
editAshwath made his directorial debut with the film Oh My Kadavule in 2020.[1] Oh My Kadavule, which starred Ashok Selvan and Rithika Singh, received praise for its innovative storyline.[2] The film's success made Ashwath to adapt it into Telugu as Ori Devuda.[3]
In 2024, Ashwath announced his next film with Director-actor Pradeep Ranganathan in the lead, titled Dragon.[4] Ashwath and Pradeep share a longstanding friendship spanning over a decade.[1]
