Andrés Felipe Serna Martínez (born 15 November 1997)[1] is a Colombian weightlifter. He won the gold medal in the men's 96 kg event at the 2022 Pan American Weightlifting Championships held in Bogotá, Colombia.[1][2] He is also a two-time gold medalist at the 2022 Bolivarian Games held in Valledupar, Colombia.[3]

In 2017, Serna competed in the men's 94 kg event at the World Weightlifting Championships held in Anaheim, California, United States.[4] He also competed in the men's 96 kg event at the 2021 World Weightlifting Championships held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.[5] Serna competed in the men's 109 kg event at the 2022 South American Games held in Asunción, Paraguay.[6]
