Asociația Club Sportiv Fotbal Club Dinamo București, also known as ACS FC Dinamo București, or just ACS FC Dinamo is a Romanian football club based in Bucharest, which currently plays in Liga III, the third tier of Romanian football.

In March 2013, Nicolae Badea sold FC Dinamo București to businessman Ionuț Negoiță, with the company that managed the club, "ACS Dinamo București", retaining a 7.03% stake in the new company founded by Negoiță.[1][2] Four years later, in the summer of 2017, Badea decided to enroll ACS Dinamo București in Liga IV Bucharest, with Marin Dragnea as head coach.[3][4]
In the 2022–23 season, under the command of former Dinamo București player Andrei Cristea, the club finished 1st during the regular season, but the club dropped to second place, behind former Liga I team, Daco-Getica București, as in the next season the club finished 3rd during the regular season, behind Progresul 2005 București and CSU Știința București, as the club has overtook both teams and finish 1st in the play-offs, and they also beat CSL Ștefănești, Ilfov County champions, beating them 6–5 on aggregate, scoring in the extra time.[5][6][7]
