Notes
  1. ^ Lithuania refused to fulfil their fixture against Belarus in protest of the Belarusian involvement in the Russian invasion of Ukraine.[10][11] For administrative purposes, Belarus were awarded a 3–0 walkover win.
  2. ^ a b c d e f Due to inclement weather conditions on 12 October, some of the second group stage matches had to be postponed until 13 October. This forced the cancellation of all placement matches, also scheduled for 13 October. The tournament champions were therefore decided by the team with the most points at the conclusion of the second group stage instead.[12][13]
