Sara Errani and Jasmine Paolini defeated Mai Hontama and Natalija Stevanović in the final, 2–6, 7–6(7–4), [10–6] to win the doubles tennis title at the 2023 Jasmin Open.[1] They saved a match point in the semifinals against Magdalena Fręch and Katarzyna Kawa.
